我覺得您講的意思, 似乎用 sleep() 就可以做到了耶, 好像不用那麼複雜說~ :)

sleep() can be skipped without server's awareness. It can not force spammer to spend it CPU clocks on computing. Spammer can just skip sleep() & do next steps. With crypto, spammer should find out the secret to perform following steps.
